LegendofLinc is a streetwear and lifestyle brand rooted in music, culture, identity, and self-expression. Most of our products are fulfilled through print-on-demand partners, including Printful and Printify. Because many items are made after an order is placed, refunds, returns, and replacements are reviewed carefully based on the details of each order.
Please review our refund policy before placing your order.
Print-On-Demand Products
Most LegendofLinc products are made through print-on-demand fulfillment.
This means each product is produced specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:
Ordering the wrong size
Changing your mind
No longer wanting the item
Entering the wrong shipping address
Buyerβs remorse
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Minor color differences caused by screen or monitor settings
Please review product details, sizing information, shipping details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund after review.

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Any other helpful details related to the issue
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the information provided, the condition of the item, and the policies of our fulfillment partners.
Replacement Requests
In many cases, damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be replaced instead of refunded.
LegendofLinc may offer one replacement for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items after the issue has been reviewed and approved.
Replacement approval may depend on:
The type of issue
Photo or video evidence
Fulfillment partner review
Product availability
Order history
Timing of the request
Return Eligibility
Because many LegendofLinc products are made to order, returns are limited.
Items may not be eligible for return if they are:
Worn
Washed
Used
Damaged after delivery
Missing original packaging
Ordered in the wrong size
No longer wanted by the customer
Customized or made specifically for the order
Outside the eligible review period
If a return is approved, instructions will be provided by LegendofLinc support.
Digital Products and Music
Digital products, music downloads, ebooks, digital files, and other downloadable products are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, delivered, or fulfilled.
If there is a technical issue with a digital product, please contact support with your order details so the issue can be reviewed.
Gift Cards and Store Credit
Gift cards and store credit are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Store credit may be issued in certain situations at the discretion of LegendofLinc.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the refund is approved due to an error, defect, or issue caused by fulfillment.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs if a return is approved.
LegendofLinc is not responsible for shipping costs related to incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, unclaimed packages, or buyer errors.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
LegendofLinc is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after tracking shows the package has been shipped or delivered.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first and check with neighbors, household members, building staff, or your local delivery office.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, LegendofLinc may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.
Order Cancellations
Because many products are made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or Shopify payment method.
