LegendofLinc is a streetwear and lifestyle brand rooted in music, culture, identity, and self-expression. Most of our products are fulfilled through print-on-demand partners, which means each item is produced after an order is placed.

Print-On-Demand Fulfillment

Most LegendofLinc orders are fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners, including Printful and Printify.

Because these products are made after purchase, orders require both production time and shipping time.

This means your order may not ship immediately after checkout. Production time allows our fulfillment partners to print, prepare, pack, and ship your item.

Order Processing Times

Most print-on-demand orders typically require a processing and production period before shipment.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Orders Fulfilled by the LegendofLinc Internal Team

Some orders may be shipped and delivered directly by the LegendofLinc internal team.

Orders handled internally may take longer than standard print-on-demand shipping times. This is because internal fulfillment may require additional time for order preparation, packaging, scheduling, and delivery coordination.

If your order is fulfilled by our internal team, please allow extra time for processing and delivery.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, your items may arrive in separate packages.

This can happen when products are fulfilled by different providers, such as Printful, Printify, or the LegendofLinc internal team.

Separate shipments may also have separate tracking numbers.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping destination, fulfillment provider, and selected shipping method.

LegendofLinc may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds from time to time. Any available shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

LegendofLinc may ship orders within the United States depending on product availability and fulfillment provider coverage.

Shipping times and rates may vary by location.

International Shipping

At this time, LegendofLinc only ships within the United States. We may expand international shipping in the future.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

LegendofLinc is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

LegendofLinc is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building management.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact LegendofLinc support as soon as possible with:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging if applicable

We will review the issue and determine the next best step based on the order details and fulfillment provider policy.

Production and Carrier Delays

Because many LegendofLinc products are fulfilled through print-on-demand providers, occasional production delays may happen.

Shipping carriers may also experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, labor issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
